Retruns POlicy

Our returns policy is in line with the standard UK law. 

We offer a 14-day 'no reason' return policy for all products after customers receive their order. The customer will have to pay the return postage. The product should be returned unused and in its full packaging. This may include the manual, box, plastics and polystyrene.

 

Unless the product has been labeled as B-stock, or the product was already damaged and acknowledged during the sale, the product should return undamaged/as new.  

Upon return of a faulty product, we will carry out an assessment to see if the product is not functioning as intended. In the event that the item is faulty, a repair or replacement will be provided. 

 

In cases where the product is deemed faulty, the return postage will be refunded to the customer and the repair/replacement process will be carried out. 

What can not be returned (taken from Gov.uk website): 

  • Known item faults that were acknowledged when bought.

  • Damaged products from self-repair. 

  • An item no longer wanted (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless it is bought without seeing/testing.
